It’s the Blues Man! is guitarist, harmonica player, singer, and songwriter, Eddie Kirkland’s 1962 debut, on which he is backed by saxophonist King Curtis and his band. The powerhouse recording expertly showcases Kirkland’s raw vocal delivery and in-the-pocket guitar style.
The album has been (AAA) remastered from the original tapes by Matthew Lutthans at The Mastering Lab and pressed on 180-gram vinyl. A tip-on jacket completes the package.
