Recorded analog-to-tape and produced by her brother and longtime collaborator Elliot Bergman, the 12-track record shimmers with gospel soul, country-western heartache, and rock 'n' roll grit, all filtered through Natalie’s unmistakable voice.

Where her critically acclaimed 2021 debut solo album Mercy was steeped in grief and spiritual reckoning, written in the wake of the sudden loss of her father and stepmother, My Home is Not in This World emerges from new life and rebirth.
