New Order Brotherhood: 2024 Remaster
Full Details
New Order's 1986 Studio Album Brotherhood: 2024 Remaster on LP. Includes the Brilliant Single "Bizarre Love Triangle."
New Order formed in Manchester, U.K. in 1980, rising from the ashes of Joy Division after lead singer Ian Curtis' tragic suicide. Guitarist Bernard Sumner took over on vocals, and with drummer Stephen Morris, bassist Peter Hook and keyboardist Gillian Gilbert, the group became one of the biggest British acts of their era. Pioneering the fusion of new wave, alt-rock, electronica, synth-pop, house and club music, their unique sound was as thought-provoking and soulful as it was dancefloor-ready. 1986's Brotherhood finds New Order in semi-concept territory with a guitar driven rock side backed by a dance side. Featuring some of the finest production and most emotional songwriting of their career, the release introduced the brilliant single "Bizarre Love Triangle" as well as fan favorites "Weirdo" and "All Day Long."
