Paul Weller has announced Weller at the BBC Vol. 2 a 3LP vinyl set that collects tracks recorded for the BBC between 2008-2024.
The set covers a period of creative rejuvenation for Weller, with eclectic and expansive albums including 22 Dreams (2008), Sonik Kicks (2012), True Meanings (2018) and On Sunset (2020) which saw him embrace pastoral folk, psych-soul Krautrock, electronica, dub and jazz influences. Weller also looks to his past, performing songs from his days with The Jam and The Style Council, as well as a smattering of early solo classics. There are also a bunch of cover versions, including his unexpected and soulful take on Billie Eilish’s "What Was I Made For?"
