Roaring out of the vaults after 40+ years, Void - Live 1982 captures DC's most volatile and energetic band at their peak and sounds just as fresh and urgent as the day it was recorded. The A-side is from the Wilson Center in April of 1982, on a bill with Minor Threat and the Faith. Recorded just a few months before the legendary Faith/Void LP was released, this set is packed with hardcore classics like "Ignorant People" and "Who Are You?" The B-Side is from a show at DC's legendary 9:30 Club with Negative Approach, and mixes hardcore gems like "Time to Die" and "Organized Sports" with newer, metal-tinged tracks like "Bloodlust" that would lay the groundwork for a whole new genre. Professionally recorded by Tom Lyle from Government Issue, with photos from scene titan Jim Saah and art from longtime Dischord designer Jason Farrell, Void - Live 1982 is an incredible collection from one of DC's most influential bands.
