Updated over the original model with a 2.3-inch high-res color touch screen, hydrocarbon ceramic PCB with near-zero final loss, and an Audio Note Kaisei capacitor, the iFi iDSD GR2 MT ultra-res portable DAC and headphone amplifier is a hybrid comprised of parts of two different elements: a high-resolution digital stage fueled by a Burr-Brown PCM1795 DAC chipset and a bespoke analog-output section with Class A op-amps.
