Grateful Dead The Music Never Stopped: Live 6LP Box Set: Features Mostly Unreleased Live Performances Spanning 1969-94 and Taken from the Mammoth 60CD Box Set Enjoying the Ride

The Music Never Stopped is a compilation of mostly previously unreleased Grateful Dead live performances taken from the mammoth limited-edition 60CD box set Enjoying the Ride. This ‘breakout’ collection comes in 3CD and 6LP editions and consists of at least one song from every show featured in Enjoying the Ride and played at classic Dead venues as Winterland, Red Rocks, the Spectrum, the Frost, the Fillmore East, and more.

Narrowing down the Grateful Dead's touring career and live performances to 60 CDs, 20 venues, and more than 450 songs is hard enough. Narrowing that down for 3CD and 6LP sets is a monumental undertaking. At nearly four hours in length, this compilation is crafted from shows that span the 25 years, the period of 1969-1994.

Drawn from such iconic venues as Red Rocks, Frost Amphitheatre, Greek Theatre, Fillmores East and West, Madison Square Garden, Alpine Valley, and many more, The Music Never Stopped features such classics as "Truckin'," "Eyes Of The World," "Scarlet Begonias," the title track, and plenty of under the radar tracks like "Big Boy Pete," "My Brother Esau," and "Doin' That Rag." This is a career-defining live collection filled with some of the greatest tracks performed at their greatest venues.
