Featuring the ESS ES9038Q2M Reference DAC with 32-bit HyperStream architecture and Time Domain Jitter Eliminator technology for super-low noise and stellar signal integrity, the Roon-ready 778S upsamples all incoming audio to 352.8kHz or 384kHz to let the DAC operate in its optimal linear range. You'll hear clean transients, exceptional dynamic nuance, broad soundstages, and natural tones. Audiophile degrees of space, texture, and presence all rate high with 778S, which supports up to DSD512 via its USB input and 768kHz PCM. 

Powered by a custom implementation of the Silent Angel streaming engine — and optimized by Mission engineers — and ARM Cortex-A53, 778S comes with a host of connectivity to interface with modern systems. Three USB-A inputs complement a USB-C input for your PC while on the output side, a pair of balanced XLR, pair of RCA, and pair of USB-A flank one optical and coaxial each. An on-board headphone amplifier further ups the value. Capable of driving a wide range of headphone types with clarity, power, and precision, it is accessed right on the symmetrical front panel.

Easy to use and fast to configure via dual-band Wi-Fi or Ethernet, 778S also has five DAC reconstruction filters to fine-tune the sound to your taste. A remote control and a one-year manufacturer warranty round out a pint-sized juggernaut ready to give you access to practically unlimited music.
