Fully Automatic for the People: Dual CS 529 Belt-Drive Turntable Makes Spinning LPs Easy and Addictive, Features One-Button Operation, Twin-Gimbal Bearing Tonearm, Pre-Installed Ortofon 2M Red Cartridge, Stepless Adjustment, and Bluetooth Functionality
Push one button, sit back, and enjoy the inimitable pleasures of vinyl with the Dual CS 529 belt-drive turntable. Fully automatic for the ultimate in convenience, this 5.7 x 17.1 x 14.4-inch (HWD) deck takes all the guesswork and hassle out of analog listening, and lets you focus on what really matters: the sound. And if you're in the mood to hear your LPs via Bluetooth-equipped speakers or headphones, CS 529 transmits the audio signal without complication.
Devised in Germany in accordance with Dual's long-time high-end principles, CS 529 features a twin-gimbal tonearm bearing and pivot ball bearings to ensure stalwart tracking of your records' grooves. The classic tonearm autonomously operates at the touch a button; everything from the needle drop to the lift is done mechanically, saving you any worry about racing to pick up the arm at the end of an LP. A pre-installed Ortofon 2M Red cartridge lends to the plug-and-play simplicity. When you want to change out the cartridge, CS 529 makes that a cinch via an interchangeable headshell and simple adjustments for tracking force and anti-skating. CS 529 offers step-less adjustment using a rotary knob without predetermined increments. The scale serves as a guideline for quick fine-tuning of anti-skating. You'll be done in less than a minute.
Sold with a five-year manufacturer warranty, CS 529 holds its ground via a subchassis with rubber dampers, aluminum die-cast platter, MDF plinth, heavy rubber mat, and hardened steel spindle in a brass bushing. All these features help explain how it delivers detailed, dynamic, stable sound. Ditto the custom-cut drive belt, rubber mountings, and positioning of optical speed control at the motor.
