Cream Wheels of Fire: In the Studio on 180g 3LP: Features Newly Remastered Stereo Version of the Studio Portion and a Newly Remastered Mono Version Issued on Vinyl for the First Time. Also Includes a Newly Compiled Rarities Collection.

Cream's groundbreaking third album is chronicled on this special 3LP expanded edition of Wheels of Fire: In the Studio.

The 3LP set features a newly remastered stereo version of the nine-track studio portion of Wheels of Fire. Originally released in 1968 utilizing CSG processed recordings, this newly remastered de-CSG'd version now presents the album phase corrected, delivering the recordings with greater detail and a crisp soundstage.

Also included is a newly remastered mono version of the studio album. This mono version, sourced from the late Cream producer Felix Pappalardi's personal reference reels, has never been issued before.

The set also includes a newly compiled rarities collection featuring 11 rare recordings, eight of which are previously unreleased. These include early versions, alternate mixes and single versions. Highlights of this collection include "White Room (Early Version Mono Mix)" and "Deserted Cities of the Heart (Mono Rough Mix / No Strings)," alongside six additional alternate stereo and mono mixes.

This 180g black vinyl release is presented in a gatefold sleeve complete with a metallic Pantone finish.
